This “Election 2024: What Is at Stake?” presentation will aim to provide an educational and balanced overview of key individual rights issues at stake in the 2024 election. We will explore the contrasting approaches and policies of the major political parties and candidates. The presentation will delve into the significant differences between these parties, focusing on how their policies impact BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals and communities, while gaining a deeper understanding of how different electoral outcomes could shape the future of individual rights in America.

Jameson C. Davis holds a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy (MELP) from Vermont Law and Graduate School. Throughout his career, Jameson has worked with sacrificed communities and underserved populations.  He has worked for positive change as a Selectboard Member for the Town of Hartford, Vermont, President of Writing Wrongs LLC, and co-founder of the Environmental Justice Law Society (EJLS) at Vermont Law School.
