Dear Church Family,

It has truly been heartbreaking to see the photos and to hear the reports of the devastation in the Bahamas in the wake of Hurricane Dorian (see the PBS News Hour report below).

On this Sunday, September 15, the Mission Committee is sponsoring a special offering during the worship service for relief in the Bahamas through Church World Service. We will match the congregation’s offering up to $200. There will be envelopes provided for the offering and checks may be made to “Church World Service” with “Dorian relief for the Bahamas” in the memo line, please.
