Here are photographs from our congregation’s Easter Sunrise, bringing us together on this day that our congregation must spend apart (except for our Zoom gathering at 10:30 AM).
I took a village walk and found many signs of new life and light and hope and Easter spirit. Some of them are in this collection but two I missed—one was a photograph I tried to take of Danette taking her photograph, and the other would have been a video. Two geese flew low overhead as I was walking back from the Pocket Park honking at each other and flying fast and in my mind they were Peter and John racing to the tomb on Easter morning to see if Mary’s story was true.
Thank you so much to all who sent in photos, and keep them coming! It is wonderful to see the beauty of Easter through your eyes. Enjoy the slideshow!
